The agreed price is the amount agreed between Clyde Valley Limos and you the Customer.

Should you cancel, the booking fee is non refundable, this is agreed when making the booking either online or over the phone. 

Should you cancel within 14 days of the actual hire date then the balance of the hire must be paid in full.

Balances are due on pick up in cash to the driver.  Alternatively, you may pay by bank transfer the week before. Details on request.

Any damage to our vehicles must be paid for.  

LEZ ZONE:  A Low Emission Zone is being introduced in Glasgow from 1st June 2023.  Due to this our White 8 Seater Limo, and White Jaguar XJL cannot enter the LEZ zone.

Please note we do not do Aiport Pick ups.  We can however drop off at Airport.

If you hire one of our Bonkers Buses then you must remain seated whilst the bus is in motion.   There are signs in the bus advising of this and no responsibility will be taken for any accident occurring as a result of this not being followed.   

Pick up will only be made on a main Bus Route or Main Road unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. 

We supply complimentary non alcoholic bubbly for kids.  Adults are welcome to bring their own alcohol and we supply glasses and ice, however we do not supply alcohol.  We do not allow food on the bus.  We would also kindly ask that no Glitter or Party Poppers are used.  Please also do not bring party poppers.  Where hire of the Bus for is kids, the bus will only drive for a short period and then stop, the driver will pour the kids they're bubbly and let them party whilst the bus is stationery and then drop at drop them  off after the hour at agreed location.  The first age that we allow kids to travel without adult supervision is P7 leavers.

If we cannot carry out your hire due to adverse weather or government restrictions,, we will either transfer your booking fee to another date or give you a refund.

Please ensure all personal possessions are taken with you as we cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.  Any items that are found can be collected from our office with prior arrangement. They will be held for one month only.  We will keep for a month and then dispose of.

We will not tolerate abuse of our drivers, staff or vehicles and if this happens then the hire will be terminated, and you will lose all monies paid.

The person making the booking is responsible for making everyone in their group aware of the full terms and conditions of the booking.

It is important that booking times are strictly adhered to.  If your booking is from 6-7pm for example then the hire would finish at 7pm, regardless of when you decide to embark the vehicle.  If you are late then you will forfeit the time that you have in the vehicle.  Our vehicles are often fully booked and may be travelling to another booking which this would have a direct impact on.

We make every effort to be on time for hires, however, please understand that sometimes this is outwith our control, due to accident or unexpected traffic.  If this is the case then we will contact you to give you an update on the position.

If Clyde Valley Limos cannot proceed with your booking due to Covid Restrictions then we will transfer your booking fee to another date, either for the same vehicle or another.

If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus, please take a LF test and do not board any of our vehicles if this is positive.
