Clyde Valley Limos – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

- The price agreed at the time of booking is final and forms the basis of your hire contract with Clyde Valley Limos.

- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This is clearly stated at the time of booking, whether online or by phone.

- Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date will require full payment of the remaining balance.

- Remaining balances are to be paid in cash to the driver upon pickup, or alternatively, via bank transfer at least one week before the hire. Bank details are available on request.

2. Damage & Responsibility

- Any damage caused to our vehicles during hire will be the responsibility of the hirer and must be paid for in full.

3. Airport Transfers

- We do not offer airport pickups, but we can provide drop-offs.

4. Bonkers Bus Safety

- For Bonkers Bus hires, all passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Clear signage is displayed on board. Clyde Valley Limos accepts no liability for injuries resulting from failure to follow this rule.

- Pickups and drop-offs for Bonkers Bus are available only on main roads or bus routes, unless agreed otherwise during booking.

5. Food, Drinks & Decorations

- Complimentary non-alcoholic bubbly is provided for children's hires.

- Alcohol is not provided by Clyde Valley Limos, but adult passengers are welcome to bring their own. Plastic champagne flutes (in limos) and disposable cups (on buses), along with ice, will be supplied.

- Food is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

- Glitter, party poppers, and similar messy items are strictly prohibited.

6. Children's Parties

- For children’s Bonkers Bus hires, the vehicle will drive briefly, then stop for a stationary party, followed by drop-off at the pre-agreed location after one hour.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult, except for P7 Leavers, who may travel without adult supervision.

7. Cancellations Due to External Circumstances

- If your hire cannot go ahead due to severe weather or government restrictions, we will either reschedule your booking or offer a refund of the booking fee.

8. Lost Property

- Please ensure all belongings are taken with you. Clyde Valley Limos cannot be held liable for items left behind.

- Lost items may be collected from our office by prior arrangement. Items are held for one month only.

9. Conduct

- Abuse toward our drivers, staff, or vehicles will not be tolerated. In such cases, the hire will be terminated immediately and no refund will be issued.

10. Responsibility of the Booker

- The individual making the booking is responsible for ensuring all passengers are made aware of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Punctuality & Booking Times

- Bookings are for specific time slots. For example, a booking from 6–7 PM will end at 7 PM, regardless of the time you board the vehicle.

- Late arrivals will result in reduced hire time, and no extra time will be added. Vehicles often have back-to-back bookings.

12. Delays & Mechanical Issues

- While we always strive to be punctual, delays can occasionally occur due to traffic, accidents, or mechanical failure. We will keep you informed in such cases.

- If a vehicle breaks down before or during your hire, we will do our best to arrange a replacement. However, Clyde Valley Limos cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience or disruption to your plans.
